Late Shows: Our drivers provide courtesy calls prior to arrival and will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If the member is over 15 minutes late, we will contact the facility and attempt to reschedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 15 miles from office location in CA 95758 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $20.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments for passenger transportation, or $30.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments for wheelchair transportation will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from office location in CA 95758, a surcharge rate of $2.50 base with $2.50 per mile for passenger transportation, or $50.00 base with $20.00 per mile for wheelchair transportation applies.
